You have worked with some amazingly talented creative directors and art directors and learned a ton from them, and now you want to be able to put your own mark on the work you do.

What are the requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with reputable agencies and a portfolio to back it up
• A university or college degree
• Communicative team player who is easy to get along with
• Have direct experience with branding, design, and understand the key ingredients of usability
• Have a good working understanding of the technical aspects of implementing interactive design
• Think creatively, yet realistically, offering options and solutions
• Know the right questions to ask to ensure a smooth project flow – you’ve written your fair share of creative briefs
• Handle stress and frustrating situations calmly and look for solutions, refusing to dwell on problems
• Detail oriented, yet efficient
• Organized and process driven
• Strong knowledge of industry players and trends
Software and skill level:
• Photoshop, Illustrator – Advanced
• Interface design and branding – extremely competent
• Print experience an asset
Salary
$65K to $75k
10% bonus
