Responsibility

• Design, develop and support enterprise BizTalk solutions and integration components
• Develop technical design and architecture for integration solutions
• Work with a team of software developers to develop new applications and/or maintain existing applications.
• Work with end users during system design to determine functionality needs.
• Manage testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results.
• Plan development activities and monitors progress to completion.
• Work as part of a development team to implement solutions while following best practice methodologies.

Qualifications
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Sciences or related major
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

• 5+ years programming and software development experience
• 3+ years .NET programming experience
• 2+ years BizTalk development experience
• Strong understanding of EAI, SOA, and ESB architecture
• Strong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and development

QA Manager – Software Development

Scope

In this role, you will be managing and directing software testers, scheduling their tasks, verifying their work and monitoring progress in support of development teams. You will create test plans, prepare regular reports and be a main point of contact to internal teams and external clients regarding new feature requests and bug tracking. You must have strong leadership & communication skills, be highly organized, and take ownership of your work. You will take part in the project planning effort with the project manager or technical lead to determine the estimate of work as well as the number and skill level of resources required to perform testing. • Experience creating test cases (unit, GUI, UAT and stress), scripts, utilizing automated tools, including defect tracking and source code control (VSS).
• Formal software development life-cycle experience.
• Knowledge in scripting.
• Health Care and Integration experience would be beneficial.
